All programs are encouraged to submit nominations for individual and program awards.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
| * Registration Attendance - Cancel on/before January 31, 2025 – Receive a full refund of registration fee, minus a $75 administrative processing fee. |
| * Guest Attendance - Cancel on/before January 31, 2025 - Receive a full refund of guest fee, minus a $25 administrative fee. |
| * Cancel between February 1, 2025 - February 14, 2025 – Receive 50% of the registration/guest fee. |
| * Cancel on/after February 15, 2025 – No Refund will be granted for registration/guest fee. |

| Parking: The parking in downtown Savannah is limited. Valet is discounted 20%. (currently $45 per-day) Law enforcement owned vehicles that are being self-parked on property are discounted 25%. Self-Parking in a nearby city parking garage is $16. |
| Special Offer: The Desoto Savannah is offering conference attendees the discounted group rate for 2 days pre and 2 days post conference to anyone who would like to extend their stay.
