On June 25, 2024, this blonde female arrived at Black Hawk Bank and Trust in Moline in a black Nissan SUV with no front license plate. She was in possession of a stolen Illinois driver’s license and a stolen check. MAN MURDERED IN KEWANEE - PERSON OF INTEREST SOUGHT - 2024-41786200419
June 21, 2024

The Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 2 and the Henry Mercer County Investigative Task Force are investigating a homicide in Kewanee, Illinois. On June 8, 2024, the Kewanee Police Department responded to a welfare check in the 800 block of West Division Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Damon Foulks (Age 50) unresponsive and he was pronounced deceased. James Reed III (Age 26) from Kewanee has been identified as a person of interest. Agents are actively trying to locate Reed. Please do not approach him. On April 27 and May 25 the Davenport Police Department responded to reports of vandalism to the Figge Art Museum, 225 W 2nd Street. Windows and a glass railing were shattered. The total amount of damage is estimated to be over $5000.  The vandalism occurred after midnight on these dates. MURDER OF TAVIAN PETERSEN-BROWN REMAINS UNSOLVED - $15000 REWARD OFFERED - RI22-07726

On October 22, 2022 at 12:24 AM, Tavian Petersen-Brown and his girlfriend attended a party at a home in the 1000 block of 14th Street, Rock Island.  During the party, Tavian was shot and killed by an unknown suspect.  It is not known why Tavian was shot.  Prior to police arrival, the majority of the people attending the party had fled the scene and those who remained could not provide much information.   Tavian’s friends and family want and deserve answers.  To help with that, a reward fund was established. The reward fund is up to $12,500.  Crime Stoppers is also offering a $2,500 reward.   The person who submits the tip to Crime Stoppers that leads to an arrest in this unsolved murder case will receive a total cash reward of $15,000.  If you know something, now is the time to do what is right and tell us.  Tavian’s loved ones, Rock Island Police Department and Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities are asking for anyone with information to call our tip line 309-762-9500 or tap the app P3 Tips. You will remain anonymous!

MAN STEALS BIKE FROM TARGET IN MOLINE - MO24-2404

Moline Police are asking for your help identifying this male subject.  On April 14th, 2024 he entered Target and is seen on video taking his tank top off and putting on a tee-shirt from the shelf. He throws his tank top underneath. He then walks to the bicycles.  He selects one and walks out of the store without paying for the bike or the shirt.  The stolen bike is worth $264 and is a dark colored Schwinn 28” Trailway Step Over. THREE USE CREDIT CARD STOLEN IN MOLINE - MO24-01166

On February 25, 2024, the victim lost her wallet while at Culver’s in Moline. STANLEY CUPS STOLEN FROM DICK'S SPORTING GOODS - MO24-00800

During the morning hours of February 7, 2024, the pictured female entered Dicks’ Sporting Goods at Southpark Mall, Moline, where she concealed three Stanley brand tumblers and three Columbia brand shirts.  She left the store without paying for anything. $2500 REWARD - RIFLE TAKEN FROM DEPUTY'S SQUAD CAR - MO24-00994

On February 17, 2024, at approximately 6:43 am, Moline Police responded to a burglary report.  A Rock Island County Sheriff's Office squad car was burglarized overnight.  The suspect(s) broke a window and stole a department-issued Rock River Arms LAR 15 rifle.  The rifle was stored in a rifle case along with a magazine.  On February 17th, a concerned citizen located a rifle case and magazine discarded in a roadway in Moline.  The hard case and magazine were confirmed to be the property of Rock Island County Sheriff’s Office.  Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities is offering a $2,500 cash reward for the information that leads to the recovery of the stolen rifle. The male pictured here is a suspect in a theft of a credit and debit card at a downtown Moline restaurant, on December 19, 2023. Fraudulent charges totaling over $8,000 were made the following day in Coralville, Iowa. SUSPECTS USE CLONED BANK CARDS - BPD23-95046 - DPD23-152496
February 02, 2024

On October 24, 2023 at 12:25 pm, the pictured suspect (wearing a bucket hat and glasses) used a cloned credit card with the victim’s skimmed card data to obtain $482.50 from the ATM located inside Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh in Bettendorf.  The victim’s card information was likely skimmed in the Clinton, Iowa area. 

The suspect wearing a ball cap used the same M.O. in Davenport.  He also used cloned debit cards skimmed across Iowa in mid-November.  It was noticed that this suspect had a European accent. B & B DRAIN TECH BROKEN INTO - MI23-00675

On October 22, 2023,  at approximately 10:36 pm, three suspects entered B & B Drain Tech in Milan. One of the suspects was wearing a 1 Backwoods sweatshirt and another was wearing a Rick n Morty sweatshirt. LADIES STEAL LIQUOR FROM CVS - MO23-06492

On October 24, 2023, at about 7:45 pm, these two ladies stole over $380 worth of liquor from CVS in Moline.  The suspect wearing all black asked for help from the clerk.  While the clerk was occupied, the suspect wearing the light-colored jacket grabbed the liquor and hid it under her dress. $20,000 REWARD - POLICE SEEKING INFORMATION ON MURDER OF COREY HARRELL JR. - MOPD-2018-004885

On October 31, 2018, shortly after 10:00 am, Corey Harrell Jr. was shot and killed while driving his vehicle in front of Moline City Hall.  It has been five years and no arrests have been made yet in this case.  Both the family and police are seeking justice.   

Moline Police are seeking further information on this case.  The crime occurred in broad daylight.  There were people in the area who may have seen something.  There are people who heard something.  if you have any information but haven’t said something, please come forward now.

THIEF ATTEMPTS TO USE CREDIT CARD STOLEN IN CAR BURGLARY - EM23-03314

At around 5 in the morning on August 9, 2023, a car was entered and a purse stolen in the 1000 block of Avenue of the Cities in East Moline.  The pictured suspect attempted to use the victim’s credit card at Dollar General in Silvis at about 8:30 am the same day.  The suspect is a white male wearing what appears to be black and blue shoes, dark colored shorts, a red St. Louis Cardinals Albert Pujols jersey, a black baseball cap with a logo on the front, which may be the New York Yankees, and wearing a black backpack that appears to possibly have a white Reebok symbol on it.  If you recognize him, please call Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities at 309-762-9500 or submit your tip using the app P3 Tips.  All tips are anonymous.  If yours leads to an arrest, you’ll receive a cash reward.
