Theft
June 20, 2024

DATE OF THE CRIME:  Between June 19th and June 20th, 2024.

 

LOCATION OF CRIME: 3900 Block of Blueberry Lane, Village of Waldo in the Town of Lyndon

 

TYPE OF CRIME: Theft

 

On June 20th, at 6:53 PM the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 3900 block of Blueberry Lane in the Village of Waldo about a theft complaint.  An enclosed trailer was taken during the overnight hours on June 19th, 2024.  The stolen trailer is described as a grey enclosed trailer with chrome trim. Damage from a previously fallen tree may be visible on the right rear top, where the chrome trim is located. There are no license plates displayed, however, there is an entrance door on the right side and the door on the rear is a fold-down style. A R & R decal may still be displayed on the back of the trailer. The trailer is valued at approximately $7,000.


Damage to Property
February 19, 2024

DATE OF THE CRIME:  Between the middle of January to February 19th, 2024.

 

LOCATION OF CRIME: 600 Block of Western Ave, Village of Random Lake

 

TYPE OF CRIME: Damage to Property  

 

On February 19th, at 11:00 AM the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 600 block of Western Avenue in the Village of Random Lake for a damage to property complaint. After further investigation a bullet was found in the residence, that had been fired, from the outside of the home by an unidentified person. No one was hurt and the investigation is still ongoing.

Theft
February 06, 2024

DATE OF THE CRIME:  Between January 31st and February 1st, 2024

 

LOCATION OF CRIME: 5700 Block of Prairie View Drive, Village of Random Lake

 

TYPE OF CRIME: Theft

 

On February 6th, at 6:16 PM the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 5700 block of Prairie View Drive in the Village of Random Lake for a theft.  The theft consisted of a Porta Potty being taken from a construction site sometime between January 31st and February 1st, 2024.

 

The Porta Potty is described as a Pit Stop brand, which is light blue in color with a white top.  The Porta Potty is valued at approximately $1600.

COLD CASE Rhys Pocan Homicide
August 10, 1989

On Thursday, August 10th, 1989, Rhys Pocan, a 35-year-old, Native American woman was abducted while walking along National Avenue in the City of Milwaukee around midnight.  Rhys was murdered and dismembered.  Her head and hands were later located by hunters in Vernon Marsh, which is a public hunting ground, located in Waukesha County.  Rhys’s torso was found in Nichol’s Creek, which is a public hunting ground, located in Sheboygan County. 
 
As in all situations of this nature, do not confront a suspect.
