On February 14, 2015 at approximately 3:27 am an unknown Hispanic male armed with a black revolver approached two subjects at 610 Railroad Street in Wimauma within the Mi Amigos Mobile Home Park. The victim, Cristino Basilio-Galves, 26 years of age and the suspect engaged in a verbal argument at which time the suspect killed the victim. The suspect attempted to rob the witness and struck him in the head with the firearm. The suspect entered the passenger side of a 4-door silver or light blue vehicle (See photo of vehicle) that was being driven by an unknown Hispanic male. The suspects fled the area southbound on Railroad Street.
The suspects are described as:
Suspect #1: Hispanic male, 20 years of age, 5`5", 140 pounds, thin build, dark skin with no facial hair and wearing a gray solid color long sleeve hoodie. (See below composite sketch)

Reginald Hightower - TPD Unsolved Homicide

On February 9, 2015, twenty-eight year old Reginald Hightower, pictured here, was shot to death at the Columbus Court Apartments located at 2802 Statelite Ct in Tampa, FL. According to Tampa Police Department detectives, three masked suspects, one of which was armed with an assault rifle, fired on the victm as he sat on an electrical box in the courtyard. The victim was struck multiple times and died at the hospital.

On May 23, 2014 at approx. 11:27 am, Marcus L. Williams, black male, 5/7/1982, (see photo below) was killed in the parking lot of the Claymore Crossings Apartment Complex located at 5005 Claymore Drive, Tampa. The homicide occurred during a carjacking and a large drug transaction. The victim`s vehicle has been recovered by law enforcement. Detectives have gathered information during the investigation confirming the suspects went to the Highlands County/Avon Park area after the murder in an attempt to sell the drugs taken during the carjacking. The victim and suspects have been linked to Polk, Orange and Pasco counties.
One of the suspects is described as being a black male, 20-30 years of age, thin build, brown hair and was wearing a green jacket.

On January 22, 2015 at approximately 4:02 pm, deputies responded to a shooting call at 3802 S.R. 60 E. in Plant City. Upon arrival deputies found two victims deceased, Lloyd Travonte Gordon, black male, 8/12/1994 from Lakeland and Joe Rolando Aguirre, Hispanic male, 2/20/1997 from Mulberry. Detectives believe that this incident was possibly drug related.
According to witnesses, the suspect has been described as a young Hispanic male that was last seen wearing a red shirt, khaki cargo shorts and white sneakers. He fled the scene on foot, running towards the Twilight Lounge located at 4010 S.R. 60 E.

On January 19, 2015, shortly before 9:00 pm, Tampa Police Officers were dispatched to the area of East 29th Avenue and North 29th Street to investigate a shooting. The victim, Leterrance Goggins, black male, 4/27/1990, was found lying on his back near a pavilion. Officers performed CPR on the victim who was transported to a local hospital and died as a result of his injuries.

On July 16, 2013 at approximately 9:15pm, the victim, David Bernard II, walked outside his apartment within the Polos at Brandon Apartment Complex located at 10303 Marsh Harbor Way, Riverview. After returning from the public trash receptacle, David Bernard was approached by two unknown black males. One of the suspects brandished a 9mm firearm and attempted to rob the victim of his personal belongings. David Bernard resisted these efforts and was subsequently shot in the upper body, causing his death. The suspects immediately fled on foot through the apartment complex. According to witnesses, an unknown make/model, dark blue, 4 door vehicle was seen fleeing the apartment complex just after the shooting took place. The driver may have information leading to the identification of the suspects and/or the incident itself.

On November 22, 2014 at approximately 1am, a 50 year old female victim was walking northbound on 15th St. near 138th Av., Tampa when she was shot in the stomach by an unknown suspect. A newer silver or gray 4-door sedan was seen in the area by witnesses and may be the suspect vehicle. It is believed the victim was shot by an occupant of the vehicle.

Lydia Huggins - TPD Unsolved Homicide

On October 2, 2014 at approximately 8:19 pm, two unknown suspects kicked in the door to the residence of 904-A E. North Bay Street in Tampa. One of the suspects was armed with a firearm and immediately opened fire. As a result, one of the residents was struck twice. Lydia Huggins, another resident, was struck once by the gunfire and died from her injuries.
One of the suspects is described as being a black male, 35-45 years of age, over 6 foot tall, 240-250 pounds, a muscular build, light complexion, bald, clean-shaven with a weathered/worn appearance. On October 10, 2008 at 9:50 am, the victim, Lawrence P. Higgins was found deceased in the garage of his residence located at 11523 Trotting Down Dr., Odessa. The victim died as a result of upper body trauma; therefore his death was ruled as a homicide. Lawrence Higgins was an avid thoroughbred race horse owner and leaves behind three daughters from his first marriage and an adopted son from his second marriage. This case has remained unsolved.

A suspect has been described as: black male, approx. 5`9", heavy build with facial hair.

On August 24, 2014 at approximately 12:03 am, an unknown suspect shot Jamie Parchmon, black male, 6/13/84, while he was standing with a group of friends outside an apartment building at 2210 East Lake Avenue in Tampa. Several days later Parchmon died as a result of the injuries.

On July 20, 2014 at 2:58 am, Kenyatha Walker, pictured below, was working armed security at Supa D’s Bar located at 810 E. Skagway Avenue, Tampa. He was shot and killed in the parking lot by an unknown black male suspect armed with an assault rifle.
Surveillance video at the bar reveals there were witnesses exiting the club just before closing time who may have seen the shooter. So far only 2 patrons have come forward with information. Tampa Police Homicide detectives are asking for the community`s help with any information that could identify the suspect.

On June 27, 2014 at 10:33 am, TPD officers responded to a shooting at 8704 North Brooks Street in Tampa and discovered James King lying on the sidewalk. King was pronounced dead at the scene. The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was targeted.
