Pasco Detectives Search for Suspect Who Carjacked Elderly Man
May 14, 2019
STATUS: OPENOn May 9, 2019 at approximately 3:20 p.m., an unknown male approached the victim, an 88 year old man, as he exited his vehicle in the Beall's parking lot located at 12125 US Highway 19. The suspect held a gun to the victim's side while demanding his wallet. When the victim did not have anything to give, the suspect pushed the victim to the ground causing him to sustain minor injuries, then took his car keys and fled with the victim's car.
The suspect is described as a light skinned black or Hispanic male in his 40's to 50's, 5'06"-5'07", approximately 160 lbs. and wearing all black clothing and sunglasses. The suspect was clean shaven with short hair. The victim's vehicle was located less than a mile south of the parking lot. A witness there observed a light skinned black male exit the vehicle. The witness recognized the driver as someone whose name is possibly Allen or is referred to as "Killa" or "Killer".

TPD Detectives Investigate Suspect Using Credit Card Fraudulently

STATUS: OPENOn February 10, 2019 an unknown female fraudulently used the victim's credit card at Best Buy located at 18071 Highwoods Preserve Parkway in Tampa. The suspect made a large purchase with the credit card without the victim's permission. The victim had recently lost her wallet at a restaurant nearby.

TPD Detectives Work to Identify Dirt Bike Thieves

STATUS: OPENOn April 27, 2019 at 2:00 a.m., three (3) unknown suspects broke into a lot in East Tampa and took 3 motorized dirt bikes. The descriptions of the stolen bikes are: 2007 Suzuki RMX 85 (blue/yellow), 1997 Honda RX 63 (white/red) and a 2014 Honda CRF 150 RB (red/black) valued at an approximate total of $5,000. The suspects loaded the stolen bikes into an unknown make/model truck and fled the area.

STATUS: OPENOn April 20, 2019 at 8:22 p.m., a white male drove a 40ft RV to the rear of the Family Dollar located at 4900 40th Street North in Tampa. He took a hand pallet jack and loaded it into the RV. The RV is two-toned with a pattern through the middle and has been seen parked at 2810 N. 29th Street.

HCSO Detectives Search for Cigarette Thieves

STATUS: OPENOn April 26, 2019 at 4:50 a.m., three unknown black males entered Thorntons located at 4103 Gunn Highway in Tampa. One suspect distracted the clerk while the other two suspects entered the rear storage area. The suspects took approximately 90 cartons of cigarettes valued at approximately $8,242 and fled through the emergency exit. A newer model silver 4-door sedan, being driven by a fourth suspect was utilized as their vehicle. Detectives believe the same group may of been responsible for attempting a similar theft at the Brandon Boulevard Thorntons.

STATUS: OPENOn April 21, 2019 at 12:06 p.m., the victim exited the Walmart located at 15302 Nebraska Avenue North in Tampa and left her wallet in the shopping cart she had been using. An unknown white female entered the Walmart and selected the same shopping cart then took possession of the wallet.

HCSO Detectives Ask for Information to Identify Theft Suspects

STATUS: OPENOn April 18, 2019 at 9:49 pm, two unknown black males entered the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 705 Pebble Beach Boulevard North in Sun City Center. The suspect selected a Footlocker gift card, Vanilla Visa card and other miscellaneous items valued at $766.40. A second suspect distracted the clerk while the first suspect pushed the cash button on the register to indicate a valid transaction. The suspects then left the store without paying for the items. Law enforcement believe the suspects may also be involved in two other similar incidents.

STATUS: OPENOn April 15, 2019 at 1:05 am, an unknown black male approached the victims on the 3rd floor of the Sunset Inn motel located at 2106 Busch Boulevard East in Tampa. The suspect pointed a small handgun at them and demanded the victim's wallet. He then fled through the parking lot to a silver minivan, which he arrived to the motel in. The suspect is a black male, approximately 150 lbs., short hair, glasses and wearing black clothing.

She was distracted by a black female and lost sight of her purse that was in the shopping cart. An unknown black female took the victim's wallet from her purse and fraudulently used her stolen credit card at the Walmart located at 1515 Dale Mabry Highway N. for a purchase of approximately $1,100.

STATUS: OPENOn April 12, 2019 at 1:21 a.m., two unknown suspects entered the New Dose Pharmacy located at 6802 Hillsborough Avenue West in Tampa after cutting a hole in the wall from an adjacent business. The suspects took cash from the register. One suspect was caught on surveillance video and is described as a black male, goatee, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves. The second suspect is described as a light skinned male with a bandanna covering his face.
