HCSO Detectives Search for Suspect Caught on Video Inside Residence

On January 23, 2019 at 9:49 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the residence of 7511 Rustic Drive, Tampa after shattering a front window and prying it open.  Once inside, the suspect ransacked the residence then stole a 1990 class ring, Prada watch, DKNY watch, Bulova watch and makeup valued at approximately $2,200.  While inside the residence, the suspect was captured on surveillance video.  Suspect is described as a white male, 30's-40's, 5'10", 165-180lbs. and short black hair.

HCSO Detectives Search for Stolen ATM

Between 11:00 p.m. on March 2, 2019 and 6:00 a.m. on March 3, 2019, unknown suspect(s) entered Old Memorial Golf Club located at 13600 National Golf Drive in Tampa.  Once inside they removed the ATM then fled the business.  See photos of what the stolen ATM looked like.

HCSO Detectives Search for Suspect Who Used Stolen Bins to Steal Cigarettes

STATUS: OPEN
On March 27, 2019 at 2:15 a.m., a black male entered the Walmart located at 4928 State Road 674 in Wimauma.  The suspect selected 2 plastic bins, proceeded to the front of the store where he selected hundreds of cartons of cigarettes from behind the counter and placed them into the bins.  The suspect exited through the Garden Center with the stolen bins carrying the stolen cigarettes without paying for the merchandise valued at $2,092.88. 
 
The suspect was picked up by an unknown driver of an unknown make/model silver sedan.  The suspect is believed to be 20-30 yoa, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray hoodie and black gym shorts.  Surveillance photos

HCSO Detectives Ask for Information from the Public to Identify Hit and Run Fatality Suspect
March 29, 2019

STATUS: OPEN
On March 21, 2019 at 9:45 p.m., the driver of a 2019 Nissan Rogue struck a Toyota Sienna Minivan at the intersection of Fletcher Avenue East and 19th Street North in Tampa.  The van was being utilized as a taxi and was transporting a wheelchair bound 91 year old male as a passenger.  According to witnesses, the driver of the Nissan Rogue was seen fleeing the scene by running southbound on 19th Street North.  Both the driver and passenger of the minivan were transported to a local hospital.  The elderly passenger died a short time later as a result of the injuries he sustained.  
 
The suspect is described as a black male, 20-28 yoa, 5'04"-5'06", dark skin, short hair, possibly small goatee and last seen wearing a long sleeve denim shirt or jean jacket.

PCPD Detectives Work to Identify Suspects Using Fake Money for Purchases

STATUS: OPEN
On March 16, 2019 two black females and one white male entered the Walgreens located at 2102 Baker Street West in Plant City.  Each subject passed multiple counterfeit bills while making a purchase.  They also used the fake currency to load cash value onto a pre-paid VISA card.  
 
A day earlier on March 15, 2019, a black female, black male and white male entered the CVS located at 403 Alexander Street North in Plant City.  The subjects loaded a pre-paid VISA and paid for the card with counterfeit bills.  The subjects utilized a silver SUV or van.
 
Detectives believe the same persons are responsible for passing fake currency at both locations.

TPD Detectives Work to Identify Car Thief Who Hits House with Car

On January 19, 2019 at 1:55 a.m., an unknown male entered an unlocked vehicle that was parked at 3704 Arlington Avenue North in Tampa.  Once inside, the suspect found keys to the vehicle.  While attempting to take the vehicle, the suspect struck the side of the house with the vehicle.  The suspect was captured on surveillance video before he fled on foot.

Pasco Detectives Search for Shooting Suspect(s)

On March 12, 2019 at approximately 9:10 p.m., a shooting occurred in the 1900 block of Rally Lane in Holiday.  It is believed that the unknown suspect(s) shot from a vehicle as it passed by the residence.  An adult and juvenile victim sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result of the incident.  A vehicle was seen fleeing from the scene immediately after the shooting occurred.  See photo of vehicle.

HCSO Detectives Want to ID Suspect Taking Children's Clothing

On February 14, 2019 at 4:40 p.m., an unknown black male entered Macy's at Citrus Park Mall and selected a variety of children's Polo shirts.  The suspect was caught on store surveillance video removing the shirts from a hanger and placing them in a Macy's shopping bag that he had in his possession.  The suspect attempted to leave the store with the shirts valued at approximately $980, passing all points of sale.  The suspect was confronted by Macy's Loss Prevention personnel and dropped the bag of clothing.  The suspect fled in a Toyota Camry, green in color.

HCSO Detectives Investigate Afternoon Bank Robbery

Update: 2/28/19 - Vehicle has been recovered by law enforcement.
 
On February 22, 2019 at approximately 3:00 p.m., an unknown black male entered the Mid-Florida Credit Union located at 3203 Waters Avenue West in Tampa.  The male approached a teller while displaying a handgun and provided a note demanding money.  The suspect is described as being 28-35 yoa, 5'11, 200 lbs., wearing a blue plaid shirt, jeans, having a black beard and black and silver dreads.   Once he received the cash, he fled eastbound on Waters Avenue in a metallic red 4-door sedan.  The vehicle possibly had damage above the driver's side rear wheel well.  Detectives believe that it is possible the suspect was wearing a wig.

Pasco Detectives Work To ID Suspect Who Robbed a Grocery Store
February 21, 2019

STATUS: OPEN
On February 20, 2019 at approximately 9:03 p.m., an unknown white male entered the Save-a-Lot located at 8854 State Road 52 in Port Richey.  The male approached a cashier and threatened to "get violent" with her if she did not open the cash drawer.  The cashier complied and the suspect took cash before fleeing the store.  The suspect fled in a white Dodge Grand Caravan or Chrysler Town n Country.  The suspect is described as a white male in his 40's or 50's, balding, hair on sides and back of head, last seen wearing a blue shirt and khaki pants.  Detectives believe that this same suspect could be involved with other robberies in Hernando County.
