Murder Suspect Sought 
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify the murder suspect in this video.   The suspect is observed on video running to and from the scene.  It appears the suspect pulled a red piece of clothing, possibly a bandana over his face and was wearing it around his neck prior to the murder.
The murder occurred on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 8:26 p.m. in the 2600 block of Myrtle Avenue.

New Years Eve Murder of Wayne Tyrone James, Jr.

On December 31st, 2017 at about 6pm, police were dispatched to the intersectoin of Moncrief Road and West 34th Street, in reference to a person who was shot. Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reported that 19 year old, Wayne Tyrone James, Jr. was found in a silver Cadillac with multiple gun shot wounds. Mr. James was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.

Lloyd Tillet Succumbed to Injuries Sustained in May 2017

Lloyd Tillett, 56, was found May 12, 2017 on San Juan Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to UF Health in serious but stable condition, but died several months later, police said. There were no witnesses and police had no description of the shooter.

Curtis Booker, 19 Found Dead Downtown

Police found Curtis Booker dead in the street before dawn near the intersection of East Union and Ionia streets. They have not said how he died, but foul play was suspected.

Douglas McClendon Jr., 19

Douglas McClendon died after being shot late the afternoon of Christmas Eve on Lancashire Drive off Old Kings Road. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said a four-door, light-blue Nissan car seen leaving the area was stopped a short time later and three people were detained. There were bullet holes in that vehicle. One of the people in the car required treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, but police have not said there were any arrests, only saying the case remains a continuing homicide investigation.

Doran Moore Shot on Fourth Street Circle

Doran Moore, 35, was found shot, lying in a driveway on Fourth Street Circle just off Melson Avenue.  He died at the scene. A second shooting victim later showed up at UF Health Jacksonville. That person, whom police believe was involved in the same shooting, is expected to survive. Police have not released any details about the shooting.

Deangelo Tillie

Deangelo Tillie, 38 was shot dead inside a unit at the Camelot Gardens apartments on South Lane Avenue, near Park Street. Officers said Tillie was killed inside an apartments in front of his 10-year-old daughter. Police have not released any suspect information.

Three Killed in Woodland Acres Home
December 21, 2017

On Tuesday, December 12th, at 8:30 pm, a baby, a man and a woman were found dead inside a Woodland Acres home after a Christmas tree caught fire, but right now, it's unclear what killed them, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said. 

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department first responded to the Arlington neighborhood just before 8:30 p.m. to a blaze inside a home on India Avenue, south of Arlington Expressway. 

Fire Rescue found three bodies inside and discovered that a Christmas tree had caught fire and burned, according to JSO. Homicide detectives were then called to investigate.

Family members told news media that the woman was Ariyan Johnson and the man, Quasean Trotter, was her fiance and the father of their little girl, Aeriel. The Sheriff's Office later confirmed the victims identity. 

During the investigation, police said they discovered Johnson and Trotter where shot. The baby may have died from smoke inhalation.

Juan Acosta Shot After a Fight at LaGran Parada

Acosta was found shot to death in the parking lot of La Gran Parada Restaurant on Beach Boulevard in the Spring Park neighborhood. Customers inside the restaurant told police a fight broke out between several men inside the restaurant around 10 p.m. It spilled out into the parking lot and that's when the gunfire erupted. Acosta died after being transported by friends to Memorial Hospital. Police are looking for the gunman who is a man between 25-30 years old. He was wearing all black clothing and could be in a dark blue or black Hyundai Sonata.

AgPro Equipment Theft Nationwide

AgPro Companies nationwide ring targeting specific equipment.  AgPro Companies has had a recent rash of thefts from their sales/storage facilities. 

One specific incident was in Bainbridge Georgia.  Bainbridge Public Safety says that one theft incident happened on Nov 30th between 11 p.m. on Thursday and 3:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec 1st.  at AG-PRO Companies (1931 Dothan Road).  The suspects stole approximately $85,000 worth of equipment.  Please clock on the link below and watch the video.  If you can provide any information on the suspects or vehicles, PLEASE comtact First Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-8477, or you can click on the "submit a tip" tab to the right of this post.
