$5,000 Increase In Reward Offered For Any Information That Leads To Any Arrest(s) Involved In The Murder of Ladarious Devante Lymon and Javon Cortez Banks
Central Alabama CrimeStoppers has offered a $5,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest, to be added to the $5,000 reward offered by the State of Alabama on April 11, 2018. The State’s reward is to be paid for any information leading to the arrest and conviction. The total reward now stands at $10,000.
On October 26, 2017 at approximately 9:12 am, 22-year-old Ladarious Devante Lymon and 22-year-old Javon Cortez Banks, both of Butler County Alabama were found dead in a Ford Mustang at the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church located just off of Airport Road in Greenville, Alabama. Both individuals had multiple gunshot wounds and are the victims of an apparent homicide.
During an April 9, 2018 press conference announcing the $5,000 reward from the State of Alabama, a cousin of the family spoke at the press conference urging anyone who has information about the murders to step forward. She said, “We are here to ask that anyone who has any information to please come forth, so that we can help solve the murders of our relatives. We want peace. We need closure for our family.” Now in April of 2021, the family is repeating their plea.

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office has officially notified CrimeStoppers that JohnDakita Hall and Jameria Jones are both in custody. They are no longer wanted by Law Enforcement.
CrimeStoppers received an anonymous tip at approximately 1:10 pm on today advising that the two, JohnDakita Hall and Jameria Jones, were in Selma inside a Credit Union. The tip was immediately sent to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office. The two were not captured at the Credit Union but immediately turned themselves over to the authorities shortly after leaving the Credit Union.
JohnDakita Hall is being charged with 2 counts of Attempted Murder, Discharging a Firearm Into An Occupied Building/Vehicle, Robbery 1st degree, and Attempted Kidnapping 2nd degree. The bond will be set at $180,000 consolidated.
Jameria Jones is also being charged with 2 counts of Attempted Murder, Discharging a Firearm Into An Occupied Building/Vehicle, Robbery 1st degree, and Attempted Kidnapping 2nd degree. The bond will be set at $180,000 consolidated.

On April 7, 2021 around 10:30pm, Jameria Jones drove JohnDakita Hall to the victim’s residence. Once at the residence, JohnDakita Hall pulled an unknown type firearm and fired multiple times at the victim. As members of the residence fled and searched for cover, the rounds struck the victim's car and home.
JohnDakita Hall then approached the victim, struck her in the head with a firearm and took her cell phone. While the victim was attempting to escape the scene by car, JohnDakita Hall and Jameria Jones chased the victim in their car and fired shots. One of the rounds did strike the victim’s trunk. The victim ran inside a local convenience store to use the phone to call police. Hall entered the store and took the store phone away from the victim while she was making a call. JohnDakita Hall then attempted to force the victim inside the vehicle, her and Jameria Jones occupied.
JohnDakita Hall and Jameria Jones are considered Armed and Dangerous!
Authorities are pleading with the two to turn themselves over to Police as soon as possible.

A CrimeStoppers tip led the United States Marshal Service (USMS) Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force (GCRFTF) Montgomery Office to the location of known fugitive Matthew Clayton. Clayton was taken into custody earlier this morning (Monday May 3rd) at a residence located in the 300 block of Calloway Street in Montgomery, AL.
Clayton was wanted by the Montgomery Police Department for two counts of Capital Murder that occurred on April 3, 2021. A reward from CrimeStoppers is being offered to the tipster.

Family members and loved ones are still coping with the lost of Bernard Hardy Jr. who they say was violently taken away from them in July of 2020. Family members wanted the public to know that Bernard Hardy was a loving, funny, and helpful person. They are pleading to anyone that knows anything to please come forward, at least do it for the family. Bernard leaves behind his loving 1-year old son who now has to grow up without him. Please come forward with any Information.
On Friday, July 10, 2020, at approximately 10:50 p.m., Montgomery Police Patrol units responded to the 6300 Block of Atlanta Highway, regarding a subject suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was identified as Bernard Hardy Jr. Hardy was transported to a local hospital and later pronounced deceased.
Last Updated, Investigators dismissed the involvement of a Dodge Ram 1500 truck. Authorities are still searching for the owner or passengers of a black Dodge Charger. The vehicle nor the owner have been located.

Video surveillance from a local business in the area shows two black vehicles, one possibly a Ram 1500 pickup truck and the second a Dodge Charger. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the identity of a suspect wanted for Fraud and Unlawful Breaking and Entering of Vehicles.
On 3-8-2021 the listed subject used a stolen credit card. The card was unlawfully taken during an unlawful breaking & entering of a vehicle that occurred in the City of Pike Road. The subject(s) then went to a pawn shop on N. Burbank Drive in Montgomery and purchased items illegally with the stolen card.
Investigators released a still shot from security video showing the male suspect inside of a retail store. The subject may also be wanted for questioning in multiple other breaking & entering cases throughout the river region.

The Wetumpka Police Department is currently seeking the whereabouts of a subject wanted for Burglary and the identity of his associates.
On 3/14/21 at 6:37am a cellphone retail store located in Wetumpka was Burglarized. Two individuals broke out a window and illegally entered the store. The suspects were dropped off and picked up by at least a third individual in a White Nissan Altima. The suspects stole two iPhones and other electronics. The suspects then went and deposited the cellphones in a cellphone depository machine in Montgomery the same morning.
The investigation has led to the identification of 18-year-old TYLER MIKHAIL CLEVELAND. Felony warrants for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 2nd have been signed on Mr. Cleveland.
Investigators have released still shots of Tyler Mikhail Cleveland and three other unknown associates.

The Lanett Police Department is currently investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on 16th Avenue over the weekend.
On March 7, 2021, at approximately 11:58 PM officers with the Lanett Police Department were dispatched to the 3300 block of 16th Avenue SW in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers located Johnny Barnes, 45, of Valley, AL with an apparent gunshot wound to the chest. Barnes was pronounced deceased on scene. A second individual sustained an apparent gunshot wound to the foot.

The U. S. Marshal’s Gulf Coast Regional Task Force has officially notified CrimeStoppers that wanted fugitive Carlos R. Coleman is in Police custody. Coleman is no longer wanted by Law Enforcement.
The Montgomery Police Department requested the assistance of the U. S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force (GCRFTF) in locating and apprehending Carlos R. Coleman (12-13-1994). Coleman was wanted by the Montgomery Police Department on the charge of Escape 3rd degree. Coleman also had outstanding warrants with the Autauga County Sheriff’s Office for Unlawfully Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle and Theft of Property.
An anonymous tip advised that Carlos Coleman was last seen at an apartment complex located in the 4700 block of Narrow Lane Road. On Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at approximately 12:20 p.m. members of the task force made contact with Coleman at the address. At that time Coleman exited the apartment onto the balcony and attempted to jump off. Coleman was taken into custody before he could jump without incident and transported to the Montgomery Police Department and turned over to a detective.
A reward is being offered to the tipster. No other details were released.

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the identity of two males wanted for Armed Robbery.
On January 25, 2021 at approximately 6:45 am, two unknown males driving a 2016 to 2018 black Kia Forte drove onto the parking lot of the Corner Store located at the corner of Alabama Highway 125 and US 231. Both males entered the store, the first male, pointing a solid black semi-automatic handgun, ordered the clerk down behind the counter and demanded money. The second male, brandishing a tan and black handgun, went to the liquor side of the convenience store and started removing liquor.
During the robbery, a customer entered the store and went towards the drink box area. The first robber ordered him down on the ground and then made him crawl to a storage room. The robber removed a pocketknife from the customer and began pulling wires from the security system out of the wall. A second customer entered and was also ordered to the storage room. The second customer started wrestling with one of the robbers and received injuries from the other robber as he began to hit the customer with his firearm across the head. The first robber exited the store and left in the black Kia Forte. The other robber exited the store and stole one of the customer’s truck that had been left running outside of the store. The customer’s truck was wrecked at US 231 and SA Graham Boulevard in Brundidge. The second robber was picked up by the other robber in the black Kia Forte.

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the identity of a male wanted for Armed Robbery.
On Saturday, February 13, 2021 at approximately 8:25 am, Dallas County Sheriff Patrol Units responded to the 44800 block of US Highway 80 East in reference to a panic alarm of a convenience store. Reports state that an unknown male entered the store brandishing a military style rifle demanding money from the clerks. The suspect took money from two registers and ordered the clerks to go to the bathroom before he fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

The Montgomery Police Department is attempting to identify and locate suspects wanted for their involvement in an Arson Investigation in Montgomery, AL.
On Monday, February 8, 2021 at 5:37 pm, Montgomery Police responded to the 6000 block of Atlanta Highway in reference to Arson. Upon arrival, Officers observed the interior of a retail store on fire while being occupied. The sprinkler system inside the store and Montgomery Firefighters extinguished the flames while the store was evacuated. The store reportedly had moderate smoke damage throughout with minor damage to the building and merchandise. No Firefighters, store employees, or patrons were injured.
Montgomery Fire/Rescue Arson Investigators have released photographs of suspects they believe to be persons of interest. Any information on their identity is being saught.

City Councilman Offers Additional $1,000 Reward In June 2020 Murder Investigation!
On June 9, 2020 the Montgomery Police identified a woman that had been fatally shot on Tuesday, June 8, 2020 as 63-year-old Loretta Butler.
Montgomery Patrol Units and medics were called to the 200 block of Garden Homes Circle around 6:49 a.m. after a report of a shooting. At the scene, Loretta Butler was found fatally shot. The circumstances surrounding the shooting still remain under investigation. No arrests have been made and Investigators are still searching for answers.
Family members reached out to CrimeStoppers describing Loretta as a loving person having no enemies that would warrant such a violent act. Family members released photos of the victim in the hopes that someone will come forward with information.
District Councilman Oronde K. Mitchell has offered a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest concerning the Murder Investigation of Loretta Butler. Central Alabama CrimeStoppers is also offering a $1,000 reward bringing the total reward to $2,000.

The Prattville Police Department is currently seeking the identity of a subject wanted for Felony Theft of Property.
On February 5, 2021 an unknown male subject driving a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse (white in color) displaying Alabama tag number “JMW797” entered a retail store located in the 2400 Block of Pinnacle Way. The suspect was observed concealing approximately $600.00 worth of merchandise before exiting the business without paying.
A Patrol Officer made contact with the suspect outside of the business before the suspect fled back to the aforementioned vehicle. The Police pursued the suspect down Cobbs Ford Road before the pursuit was terminated at I-65.
Investigators released video and still images of the incident.

Charles Sam McDonald was arrested by the United States Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force in West Virginia. The Autauga County Sheriff’s Office is awaiting extradition to Alabama. No other details were released.

Automotive Dealership Offers $1,000 Reward For Information That Leads Law Enforcement To Any Arrests Involving The Burglary And Theft Of An Automobile That Occurred At His Business.
The Montgomery Police Department released video through CrimeStoppers of a burglary that occurred on Sunday, January 17, 2021. The video captures a white SUV drive onto the property and park. A male gets out the vehicle, forcibly breaks into the dealership, and steals multiple keys to vehicles located on the lot.
The suspects return to the dealership in a blue 4 door vehicle. They pull to the side of the service road to allow one of the offenders out in order to steal a black Dodge vehicle. The lights come on as soon as the suspects drive up, giving an indicator that the keys were in their possession. As of this report no other details have been released.
A $1,000 reward is being offered through CrimeStoppers at the request of the owner.

On October 27, 2014, at 9:30 pm Montgomery Police responded to calls of multiple shots fired in the area of the Liberty Square Apartments located behind the Walmart on Eastern Boulevard.
Investigators advise that Brandon Harris walked out of his apartment that night to speak to someone in a car that pulled up in the parking lot. Investigators believe someone inside that vehicle shot Harris. Brandon Harris was found in an apartment breezeway, where he passed away from his injuries. Investigators at that time were searching for a white, small, four-door vehicle with tinted windows that was reported leaving the area around the same time of the shooting.
In 2016, the Montgomery District Attorney’s Office held a press conference updating the public on the Brandon Harris Investigation. "The police so far have exhausted all leads. We're asking now for the community's help to solve this case. This is an apartment complex with hundreds of people that live here, driving in and out. Somebody that night saw something," said Montgomery County District Attorney Daryl Bailey.
Central Alabama CrimeStoppers is now increasing their reward from $1,000 to $5,000 for any information that leads to an arrest concerning the Murder Investigation of Brandon Harris. “People hold on to information for different reasons.
