Investigators say the pictured suspects entered the business, while inside, the suspect wearing the black shirt distracted the store clerk while the other suspect filled a bag with items from the store. The suspect placed the bag on the floor and left the business. The suspect wearing black then picked the bag up and left without paying for the items. The suspects left the scene in an unknown direction of travel. There are no other details available for release at this time.

Investigators released a photo of two unknown subjects wanted by the Montgomery Police Department in reference to a business robbery investigation that occurred on June 17, 2024, in the 4900 block of Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama.

 

Investigators say the suspect identified as a black male wearing a red shirt and face covering entered the business, produced a firearm, and demanded currency. The business locked the suspect inside while waiting for police. The suspect shot out the glass door to exit the business. The suspect then entered an older model Chevy Suburban, white in color, driven by the pictured white male subject who was seen entering the business and purchasing gas before the robbery. The suspects left the scene in an unknown direction of travel. There are no other details available for release at this time.

The Montgomery Police Department continues to investigate a March 16, 2024, shooting that left one victim dead and three others injured. Police are requesting the public’s help and are asking anyone with details or information to please come forward.

 

Investigators say on Saturday night, March 16, 2024, at about 11:45 p.m., police and medics responded to the 3700 block of Woodley Road, Montgomery, AL, in reference to a shooting. Police located an adult male who sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The victim was identified as Quinton Harris, 36, of Montgomery. Harris was pronounced deceased on the scene.

 

Police also responded to a local hospital in reference to victims being treated for gunshot wounds. There, officers made contact with three adult male victims who each sustained non-life-threatening injuries that occurred in the 3700 block of Woodley Road.

 

The circumstances surrounding this violent shooting remain under investigation and no other details are available for release at this time. Investigators and family ask anyone who may have seen something or know something to please come forward.

On Saturday, May 4, 2024, at about 12:44 a.m. Union Springs Police responded to CVS located at 101 Baskin Street in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, an 18-year-old male was located on the scene and found to have sustained a life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Baptist South Hospital for treatment. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.

Investigators say the suspects fled the scene and abandoned the stolen vehicle, which was later recovered by police
