Investigators say they are searching for the identity of subjects wanted for 3 counts of Theft of Property 2nd degree. The thefts occurred at the same Prattville retail store between April 14 through April 18, 2021. Suspects have been seen utilizing a Silver 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport (DV07522) and a 2015 Bronze Hyundai Sonata to commit their thefts.

 

Reports indicate that these thieves have carried away 6 Predator 2000W inverter generators valued at $3,299.94, 1 Pierce 15-degree siding nailer valued at $229.99, and 1 Fortress 1-gallon air compressor valued at $139.99.

The Opelika Police Department is currently seeking the identity of suspects wanted for Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle and Theft of Property 1st degree. 

 

On 04/13/2021 the Opelika Police Department began investigating multiple incidents of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and a Theft of Property, First Degree, in the area of Wyndham Gates subdivision. At approximately 4:16 AM five suspects are seen on camera arriving in the neighborhood in a gray or silver Nissan Altima. Four of the suspects, all described as black males, are seen pulling on door handles to numerous vehicles throughout the neighborhood. The suspects were able to enter into several unlocked vehicles and take miscellaneous property, including one victim’s vehicle, a Nissan Maxima.

 

They can be seen wearing face masks, gloves and one suspect was armed with a firearm. The suspects fled the area in the stolen vehicle a Nissan Altima.

The suspect was described as a black male wearing a disposable face mask, white shirt, orange sweatpants, and black shoes.

The victim was identified as Abimael Roblero Zunun and was pronounced deceased on the scene. Witnesses advised a small white vehicle was seen leaving the area at the time of the shooting. The two suspects are seen on camera exiting the store at approximately 3:25 PM. The suspects also illegally used the victim’s cards at Kroger, located at 2460 Enterprise Drive.

 

 

The first suspect is described as a black female wearing a disposable face mask, striped shirt, an unknown color jacket, dark pants and white sneakers. The second suspect is described as a black male wearing a black hat, disposable face mask, a white t-shirt, black pants and black sneakers.
