$1,000 Reward Offered In Tuskegee Homicide!

 

 

The Tuskegee Police Department initiated a homicide investigation following the shooting death, which occurred on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, of 21-year-old Quadarius Lamar Long of Tuskegee, Alabama. 

 

Tuskegee Police and Fire Medics responded to the 600 block of Judkins Circle at approximately 6:05 p.m. after receiving a report of a subject shot. Upon arrival, authorities located the victim who had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

 

The circumstances surrounding this fatal shooting are still under investigation, and no arrests have been made. No additional information is available for release.

Authorities are still asking for the public's help! The cold case operation to find new evidence connected to the 1998 disappearance of Traci Kegley, is far from over. There is a total of $25,000 being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction in this case. The reward is comprised of $10,000 from the Governor of the State of Alabama, $10,000 from Linda and Steve Pittman (Traci’s parents), and an anonymous donor has added $4,000 to the reward upon conviction. Central Alabama CrimeStoppers will pay $1,000 within 30 days from the actual arrest.
