Witnesses/Suspect Wanted for a Homicide - News Release 015/14
March 25, 2014

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating any witnesses or the suspects responsible for a homicide.

On March 23, 2014, at approximately 12:34 a.m., three males approached the victim in the middle of the road fronting 91-965 Komana Street. One or more of the males physically assaulted the victim who fled in a black or dark colored sedan on Komana Street toward Pailani Street. The suspects are local males in their late teens to early twenties.

The victim, a 38 year old male, suffered headand bodily injuries and later expired at the hospital.



Robbery/Kidnapping Suspect Wanted - News Release 014/14
March 17, 2014

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for Robbery in the First Degree.

On March 11, 2014, at approximately 11:20 a.m., an unknown male unlawfully entered the complainant`s residence on Kalaloa Street, brandished a handgun, demanded money, and detained them. The couple was able to escape while the suspect searched their residence and fled with several items.

Attempted Sexual Assault Suspect Wanted - News Release 013/14
March 12, 2014

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for Sexual Assault in the Second Degree.

On March 5, 2014, at approximately 4:50 p.m., a male entered the adult victim`s classroom at Maili Elementary, grabbed her, and attempted to sexually assault her. The victim was able to fend off the male who fled in an unknown direction.

BETWEEN 6 DEC AND 9 DEC 13, UNKNOWN PERSON(S) BROKE INTO THE 209TH AVIATION BATTALION SSA, ON WHEELER ARMY AIRFIELD, HI, AND STOLE A KIOWA GRIP ASSEMBLY MAIN ROTO, 26 AA BATTERIES AND 41 AAA BATTERIES FROM A SECURED ISU 90 CONTAINER .

Witnesses Wanted for a Failure to Render Aid
February 28, 2014

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating any witnesses to identify the driver of a red 1999 Honda Civic for a Failure to Render Aid.
On February 19, 2014, at approximately 4:55 a.m., the victim was in the crosswalk in the intersection of Lanikuhana Avenue and Kuahelani Avenue when he was struck by the Honda who fled the scene. The vehicle was located by the police and seized as evidence.

January 27, 2014

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle that may have been involved in a motor vehicle collision that occurred on January 23, 2014, which resulted in a fatality.

 

At approximately 3:27 p.m., a motor vehicle collision occurred on Kamehameha Highway south of Pekelo Place that involved two vehicles.  A large vehicle, possibly a light colored SUV, truck, or van may have been involved in the collision.  The vehicle fled and may have damages to the left front or left side.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance for information regarding a motor vehicle collision that occurred on January 3, 2014, at approximately 7:37 a.m.

The victim, a 94 year old male was crossing Waialae Avenue near 5th Avenue when he was struck by an unknown vehicle traveling east on Waialae Avenue. The driver reportedly ran a red light and failed to stop. The vehicle a green four-door sedan with damages to the passenger side windshield was seen fleeing eastbound on Waialae Avenue. The victim suffered head and internal injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
