"In the early morning hours of December 12, 1981, 81-year-old Myrtle Cole was fast asleep in her securely locked, small-town Minnesota home when someone broke in and brutally murdered her. For more than 40 years, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office has dedicated countless man hours to finding out who killed her, and the answer may no longer be far out of reach."

"Skeletal Remains were found on May 20th, 1989 in the median of Hwy. 61 south of Kellogg in Wabasha County, MN. The victim had been deceased for at least one year prior to discovery. The body is of a white female in her 20's, 5'1" - 5'5" tall and she may have walked with a limp."

"The last time anyone saw Cindy Elias alive was in 1977 when she was enjoying a night out with friends in the small mining town of Virginia, Minnesota. After she was unable to find a ride home, she decided to hitchhike. Her body was found hours later, discarded in a logging field. For 45 years, investigators in northern Minnesota have been trying to solve her murder."

"LeeAnna Warner, affectionately known as Beaner, was five years old when she disappeared in broad daylight within a two-block radius of her family’s Chisholm, Minnesota home. She’s hasn’t been seen or heard from in 18 years."

April 16th marks the 13-year anniversary of the disappearance of Matthew Thomas Albrecht of Mapleton. Matt Albrecht was 26 when he walked away while working on a vehicle with his father near 3rd Avenue and Chestnut Street in Mankato. Mankato DPS and the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office received the report and began investigating on April 18th, 2010. Partial remains were recovered in December of 2010 and through additional searches near the Sleepy Hollow subdivision on the east side of Mankato. The circumstances surrounding Matt’s disappearance and death are suspicious.

 

Mankato DPS and the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office remain committed to finding answers for Matt's family and friends with assistance from the public. Many unsubstantiated rumors have been associated with Matt Albrecht’s disappearance throughout the years. Investigators are asking people to come forward with factual information to aid in understanding what happened to Matt.

 

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office or report anonymously through Crime Stoppers of Minnesota.

 

 

Mato was last seen at his sister’s apartment in the early morning hours of October 13, 2017. No one has seen or heard from him since, and authorities are concerned for his welfare. If you have any information regarding this case, please contact the Redwood Falls Police Department at 507-637-4005.

Kateri Mishow was last seen in 2007 wearing a blue jean jacket and pants and an oversize black leather coat with fur inside. She has a Tweety bird/angel wings tattoo on her back shoulder and pierced ears (2-3 holes, lower and upper ear.)
