Kevin was last seen in Kaufman County wearing a Gray Hoodie / Dark ball cap and blue jeans.
He was last seen walking east bound on IH 20 near Rose Hill Rd in Terrell. Terrell PD has received tips that he may be in the Canton, Gun Barrell, and Grand Saline area.
