The Terrell Police Department has two (2) outstanding arrest warrants for Muro-Ortega, Jose Raudel w/m 05/25/1989 for the offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault Child.  The victim of the offense is a female family member under 14 years of age.  Muro-Ortega uses the alias Raymond Casias Hernandez w/m 08/31/1992 and has in his possession a counterfeit Louisiana ID card with his photo bearing that name.

Jose Raudel Muro-Ortega was last known to be driving a white 2005 Ford F-150 registered in his name.  The truck has Texas LP- MLY5946.  The truck has 4-doors and is lifted.  It has FX4 decals on the rear quarter panels and dark trim along the bottom of the truck.  The truck also has oversized off-road tires and dark color wheels.  The truck is equipped with a brush guard/push bumper on the front and an LED off-road light across the width of the roof.

Unknown if Muro-Ortega has any weapons, but he is aware of his warrants.  He has gone into hiding and is believed to be in the Kaufman, Ellis or Dallas County area.  Muro-Ortega also has family members and associates in Angelina County and Lufkin in particular.

The Kaufman County Sheriff`s  Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of Isreal Aguirre. Isreal Aguirre is currently wanted by Kaufman County Sheriff`s Department for Murder. All warrants must be verified with the Kaufman County Sheriff`s Department before apprehension can be made. No attempt should be made to apprehend any of these  individuals except by law enforcement officers.
