The Gresham Police Department, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the homicide of Jose Santos-Elias.
On November 28, 2021, at approximately 8:43 p.m., Gresham Police Department officers responded to a death investigation call at Pat Pfeifer Park, located at 424 NE 172nd Avenue.
Officers and medical personnel arrived, finding 24-year-old Jose Juan Santos-Elias, of Portland, suffering from a gunshot wound. The Medical Examiner’s Office determined Jose died as a result of being shot and has ruled the death a homicide.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the September 2021 homicide of Sean Garner.
On Sunday, September 19, 2021, at 4:21 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the report of a shooting in the 8400 block of North Brandon Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found 44-year-old Sean Edward Garner deceased.
The Oregon State Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined that Garner died as a result of a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.

Investigating Agency: Hood River County Sheriff’s Office
The Hood River County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the disappearance and homicide of Tisha Dyer.
In June 2003, human remains were located in a remote location on a Mount Hood forest road in Hood River County. In 2021, the Oregon State Medical Examiner identified the remains as Tisha Ann Dyer, missing since 2002.
Hood River County Sheriff’s Office detectives learned that Tisha’s family and friends had not heard from or seen Tisha since 2002. At the time of her disappearance, Tisha was 36 years old, approximately 5’5” tall, and 130 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, Tisha was thought to be living the Portland area. According to the investigation, Tisha was not known to be involved in hiking or any other outdoor activities that would have taken her to a remote location on Mount Hood.
Investigators have shared three photos of Tisha to aid in the investigation: Two photos of Tisha at a party in the early 1990s (wearing a blue dress) and a 2001 DMV photo.
Investigators are asking for the public’s help to solve this case.

Investigating Agency: Portland Police Bureau
The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the November 2020 homicide of Harold Major.
On November 7, 2020, at approximately 7:33 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the report of gunshots in the 3500 Block of Southeast 33rd Avenue. Officers arrived in the area and located a person suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers rendered medical aid to the victim until paramedics arrived, however, the victim died at the scene.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined that the victim, 31-year old Harold Andrew Major, died as a result of a gunshot wound and the death was ruled a homicide.
Evidence of a drive by shooting was located in an intersection near the crime scene. Investigators do not believe Mr. Major was involved in what led to the shooting and do not believe Mr. Major was an intended target of the shooting.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the August 2021 homicide of Dohnavinh Saelee (pronounced Donavan SAYlee).
On August 7, 2021, at approximately 4:40 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to a medical call in the 12800 block of Southeast Holgate Boulevard. A security guard found a man down, and medical personnel arrived and determined he was deceased. At the scene, officers found evidence of a shooting, and homicide detectives responded to investigate the circumstances of the man’s death.
The Medical Examiner determined the victim, 18-year-old Dohnavinh Saelee, died from gunshot wounds and ruled the death a homicide. Mr. Saelee’s family provided a photo for release to aid in this investigation.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the July 2021 homicide of Quinton Miller.
On July 24, 2021, at approximately 12:47 a.m., paramedics passing through the intersection of Southwest Pine Street and Southwest 3rd Avenue in Downtown Portland encountered a person down in the street and stopped to assist him. The man appeared seriously wounded so he was transported by ambulance to an area hospital where he later died.
Portland Police responded to the area and officers secured the crime scene to begin a homicide investigation.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined that the victim, 37-year-old Quinton Bryce Miller, died of a stab wound and his death has been ruled a homicide.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the July 2020 homicide of Mister Ford.
On July 27, 2020, at approximately 10:40 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the 700 block of Northeast 87th Avenue on the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers attempted lifesaving measures but the victim, 19-year-old Mister Ford of Portland, died at the scene.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined that Mr. Ford died as a result of gunshot wounds and ruled the death a homicide.
Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help to solve this case.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the July 2021 mass shooting in Downtown Portland that killed Makayla Harris.
On Saturday, July 17, 2021 at approximately 2:10 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to reports of multiple people shot in the 300 block of Southwest 3rd Avenue. Officers arriving at the scene found multiple people injured so officers initiated lifesaving measures. Seven gunshot victims were transported by ambulance to Portland area hospitals for treatment. One of those victims, 18-year-old Makayla Maree Harris, died as a result of her injuries.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on Ms. Harris and determined that she died as a result of a gunshot wound and ruled the death a homicide.
Detectives believe that numerous people left the scene of the shooting without speaking to police and that some of those people may have information needed to help solve this case.

On June 28, 2021, at approximately 4:30 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the report of a shooting on Rocky Butte, in Joseph Wood Hill Park. When officers arrived in the area, they found a deceased adult male. Based on officers observations at the scene, Homicide detectives were requested to respond to the scene.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined the victim, 20-year-old Alexzander J. Hensey, died as a result of gunshot wounds and ruled his death a homicide.
Hensey’s family provided the photos for release to aid in this investigation.

On Friday, June 25, 2021, at approximately 12:29 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to a request by Portland Fire & Rescue on a death investigation call in the area of Southeast 147th Avenue and Clatsop Street. When officers arrived, they determined that the death was suspicious in nature so they requested Homicide detectives respond to the scene.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined the victim, 47-year-old Olance Upton, died from a gunshot wound and ruled the death a homicide.

On Saturday, June 19, 2021, at approximately 9:54 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers were dispatched to a report of someone shot at North Columbia Way and North Midway Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they located a victim, 19-year-old Alexander Douglas Martinson, who was critically wounded. Mr. Martinson was transported by ambulance to a Portland area hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on Mr. Martinson, determining that he died as a result of a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the June 2021 homicide of William Kendrick.
On Thursday, June 17, 2021 at approximately 10:24 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to a report that a patient with apparent gunshot wounds had arrived at a hospital in the 4800 block of Northeast Glisan Street. Officers learned the patient, 36-year-old William Kendrick, was being transported to another hospital by ambulance due to the severity of his injuries. After lengthy, lifesaving efforts by medical personnel, Mr. Kendrick died as a result of the shooting.
A crime scene was located in the 7400 block of Northeast Glisan Street, which investigators believe is connected to the shooting.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on Mr. Kendrick, determining that he died as a result of a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.

On Saturday, May 29, 2021, at 1:05 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to a report of someone shot in the street near Southeast 132nd Avenue and Southeast Center Street. When officers arrived, they located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim by ambulance to a Portland area hospital, where he later died.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on the victim, 40-year-old Darren Lockett, and determined that he died as a result of a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the New Year’s Eve homicide of Ja’mere Brown.
On Thursday December 31, 2020, at approximately 10:29 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to Northeast Alberta Street and Mallory Avenue on the report of two people injured during a shooting. Officers arrived at the scene and located two gunshot victims. One of the victims, 18-year-old Ja’mere Malik Brown, died as a result of the shooting. Officers learned that the shooting actually occurred approximately a mile away, in the area of Northeast Durham Avenue and Madrona Street.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined that Brown died as a result of a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.
