The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the fatal hit and run to a 38-year-old Hubbard woman.
Shortly after midnight on Sunday, July 12, 2020, Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office deputies contracted to the Wilsonville Police Department responded to a welfare check on a subject in the area of SW Town Center Loop West and SW Wilsonville Road in Wilsonville.
Paramedics with Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue and American Medical Response responded to the scene as well.
First responders arrived and found a severely injured woman -- identified as Kristi L. Dumont, 38, of Hubbard -- at the location.
Paramedics immediately rendered aid transported her to an area hospital. Dumont died as result of her injuries at the hospital. Her injuries were described by investigators as "blunt force trauma."
Following an autopsy, investigators now believe Kristi Dumont's death may have been caused by an auto/pedestrian hit-and-run.
Investigators are asking if anyone saw suspicious vehicle activity between 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 11 and 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 12, in the area of SW Town Center Loop West and SW Wilsonville Road, on the south side of SW Wilsonville Road.

Portland Police Bureau Case #20-264864
On August 27, 2020, at approximately 9:02 p.m., Portland Police responded to the area of Gateway Discovery Park in the 10500 block of Northeast Halsey Street on reports of shots fired. When officers arrived at the scene, they found four young adult victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
One of the victims, 16-year-old Jaelin James Scott suffered a fatal gunshot wound and the Medical Examiner ruled his death a homicide. The other three victims were transported by ambulance to Portland area hospitals for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.
At this point in the investigation, there is no actionable suspect information.
Jaelin's family has provided a photograph of him to be shared with the community.

STATUS: OPENOn August 17, 2020, numerous individuals chased a male from a nearby protest and arrived in the area of SW 4th Avenue and SW Taylor Street. Once in the area, members of the group threatened, assaulted and robbed a female. Some members of that same group were then involved in an assault of a second female and a male which resulted in serious injuries to that male.

STATUS: OPENOn Friday, July 10, 2020, at 9:09 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the report of a shooting with a person down in the 13600 block of Southeast Powell Boulevard.
Officers and medical personnel arrived and located one person deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on the victim, 19-year-old Julian Heredia, determining that he died of a gunshot wound, ruling the death a homicide.

Portland Police Bureau Case #20-196140
The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the June 2020 homicide of Evelin Navarro Barajas.
On June 18, 2020, at approximately 11:49 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the 6700 block of Northeast Killingsworth Street on reports of shots fired in the neighborhood.
Officers arrived in the area and located two people suffering from gunshot wounds. An adult male victim was transported by ambulance to a Portland area hospital with a non-life threatening injury. A female victim, later identified as 23-year-old Evelin Navarro Barajas, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy, determining that the manner and cause of death to be homicidal violence by gunshot wound.
The victim’s family has provided photographs of Ms. Navarro Barajas to share with the public.

STATUS: OPENOn June 11, 2020, at approximately 12:35 a.m., Portland Police officers responded to the 600 block of Northeast 162nd Avenue on the report of gunfire. Officers arrived in the area and located one person down on the ground deceased. The victim was later identified as 28-year-old De'annzello McDonald.
The Medical Examiner's Office performed an autopsy on the victim and determined that the cause and manner of death was a homicide as a result of a gunshot wound.
There is no suspect information and detectives and the victim's family are asking for the public's help to solve this case.
Crime Stoppers Featured Case #20-16 - Arson

STATUS: OPENIn the late hours of Friday May 29 or early hours of Saturday May 30, 2020, an unknown subject set fire to a vehicle in the area of Southwest 3rd Avenue and Taylor Street. Prior to the fire, unknown persons vandalized the vehicle during a protest event.
The arson suspect appears to be white, longer brown hair, wearing all black clothing, a black cloth face mask, and blue gloves.
Arson investigators are asking for the public's help to identify this suspect or any of the persons involved in the vehicle vandalism.

The arson occurred around 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, and caused approximately $250,000 in damage.
Detectives have obtained video of the man believed to be involved. On the video, the suspect can be seen walking back to the area where the fire began. He is described as a white male in his late teens to early 20s wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and shorts.
Surveillance video has been released to aid in this investigation.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify the suspect in a May 2020 injury shooting.
On May 5, 2020, at approximately 10:22 p.m., 42-year-old Michael Hilbrandt was riding a bicycle eastbound on East Burnside Street near 12th Avenue. There was a vehicle pulled over and blocking the bike lane between Southeast 12th and 13th Avenues, on East Burnside Street.
The victim rode around the vehicle on the driver side, and tapped on the window, to allow the driver to know he was passing on the left. The victim told police that he believed he saw a female near the vehicle but did not know if she was in anyway associated to the vehicle. The victim then rode southbound on Southeast 13th Avenue. Immediately after turning onto 13th, the victim could heard screeching tires and believed the vehicle he had passed was coming to run him over. The victim rode to the east side of 13th, near Southeast Ankeny Street.
The driver of the vehicle, described as a silver or gray, small SUV, approximately 3-4 years old, pulled over near where the victim was standing. The driver, described as heavyset Black male, 30-40 years old, said, "I’m going to shoot you," and proceeded to shoot the bicyclist one time, striking him in his arm. The suspect then drove out of the area to the south and was not located. The female that was standing near the vehicle was not located and it is unclear if she is associated to the suspect.

Crime Stoppers Featured Case #20-11 - Homicide

STATUS: OPENOn Saturday October 26, 2019, at approximately 12:24 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the area of Northeast Wygant Street, between 109th and 110th Avenues, after several 9-1-1 calls about gunfire with one person injured in the street.
Officers and medical personnel arrived in the area and located 18-year-old Jackson Panyanouvong suffering from traumatic injuries. Panyanouvong was transported to a Portland area hospital where it was determined that he was deceased.
The Oregon State Medical Examiner performed an autopsy and determined that Panyanouvong's death was a homicide as a result of a gunshot wound.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the October 2018 homicide of Ta Jheondre' Price.
On Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 1:35 a.m., Portland Police officers responded to the Glass House Tavern, located at 9710 Northeast Sandy Boulevard, on the report of gunfire and one person down on the ground.
Officers arrived in the area and located an adult male lying on the sidewalk near the Glass House Tavern. The man was believed to be suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Medical personnel arrived and confirmed the victim, 27-year-old Ta Jheondre' Mykell Price of Burns Oregon, was deceased.
An autopsy was performed by a member of the Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office, who determined that Price died from homicidal violence as a result of multiple gunshot injuries.
Investigators have releases surveillance images and video of two people who may or may not have information about the shooting and are asking for the public’s help in identifying one or both people.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the December 2019 homicide of Quincy Gill.
On Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at 9:18 p.m., Portland Police responded to the area of Northeast Garfield Avenue and Northeast Fremont Street on a report of a shooting. Officers arrived in the area and located 39-year-old Quincy Gill suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite lifesaving efforts, Gill died at the scene.
The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy and determined the cause of death is homicide.
There is no suspect information in this case.
Crime Stoppers Featured Case #20-8 - Pellet Gun Shooting
April 20, 2020
STATUS: OPENOn Saturday April 10, 2020, at 1:27 p.m., Portland Police responded to a Portland hospital on a report of a two-year-old child injured by a pellet gun. Officers spoke with the victim's father, who told police that at approximately 11:00 a.m., he was taking a walk on North Willis Boulevard near North Peninsular Avenue with his daughter on his shoulders. The child began crying in pain suddenly, and the father discovered there was a small penetration injury to the child's buttocks area.
After consulting with the family pediatrician, the child was driven to an area hospital for treatment. X-rays revealed what appeared to be a pellet projectile lodged an inch deep in the child. Fortunately, the injury was not life threatening to the child. The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify the suspect who fired a pellet gun, injuring a two-year-old child.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify a suspect involved in a July 2019 armed robbery.
On Saturday July 13, 2019, at 8:40 a.m., Portland Police officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at Stan's Market, located at 5020 Northeast 82nd Avenue.
Two suspects entered the store wearing masks and armed with handguns. After obtaining an undisclosed sum of money from the victim, the suspects left the store and fled the area in a vehicle.
Surveillance images have been released of the lone unidentified suspect, who lowered his mask after the robbery. The suspect is a white male, wearing all dark clothing, armed with a handgun.

On Saturday February 29, 2020, at 9:37 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the report of a pedestrian hit by a driver on Northeast Halsey Street and 42nd Avenue.
Officers and medical personnel arrived at the scene and determined that the pedestrian, 36-year-old Chantel Downs, was deceased. The Oregon State Medical Examiner later determined that she died as a result of the crash.
Investigators determined that the victim was crossing Halsey Street, from north to south, when she was struck by a driver traveling westbound on Halsey. After the crash, the suspect continued driving westbound then turned right (northbound) on Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard.
The suspect vehicle is described as a burgundy or maroon-colored sedan. Investigators believe that the vehicle would have front end damage, including the windshield, and an inoperable passenger side headlight. There is no information about the identity of the suspect driver.
