On April 25, 2024, at about 5:00 pm, this female entered Target in Moline, selected a pair of pants and a baby monitor and put them in her cart.  She paid for the pants, then put the pants on top of the baby monitor to conceal it.  She left the store without paying for the baby monitor, which is an Owlet Dream Duo brand worth $400.00.  She is described as having curly brown hair and was wearing white shoes, gray yoga pants and a white long-sleeved tee shirt.  If you know who she is, call Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities at 309-762-9500 or tap the link below.  You will remain anonymous, and if your information leads to her arrest, you’ll receive a cash reward of $250.
