Greetings from Portsmouth Crime Line!
Portsmouth Crime Line is a non-profit, 501(c)3, tax-exempt organization paying cash rewards of up to $1000 to anonymous tipsters whose information assists local law enforcement agencies in identifying and capturing those responsible for crimes within our community. Portsmouth Crime Line prides itself on assisting Portsmouth Police with fighting crime by helping citizens overcome two key factors keeping them from wanting to get involved: fear of being identified as a snitch and lack of concern for what is occurring in their community.
To overcome these factors, Portsmouth Crime Line provides three easy ways to submit an anonymous crime tip:
1. Call us at 1-888-LOCK-U-UPsm (1-888-562-5887)
2. Use our free Mobile APP (P3 Tips) from any smart device or
3. Submit a tip via the web HERE
By offering several ways to submit anonymous tips, Portsmouth Crime Line has made it easier for citizens to volunteer vital information about criminal activity to assist local law enforcement agencies in their endeavor to make our communities a safer place to work, live, and play.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU...
ALL tipsters WILL remain anonymous, when they submit information to Portsmouth Crime Line. You will NEVER have to give your name or testify in court.
