CAPTURED

UPDATE: Faine was captured on March 30, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida under the assumed name of Carl Jones. The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Department took Faine into custody without incident after a tip was received via the crime tip line. Faine has active warrants on file for Murder, Reckless Handling of a Firearm, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, and Transporting of a Firearm by Convicted Felon in reference to the December 1, 2015 shooting death of 26-year-old Monique Landis.
