Dam it, wait don't Dam it!
April 19, 2023

STATUS: OPEN
Did you know obstructing a waterway in Texas is illegal if not done without the proper permits and approval.  Recently, in the 100 Block of Dowling Road, west, outside of Ingram someone has decided they can obstruct the flow of water for, Johnson Creek.  Some may say this isn't a big deal but it really is.  Kerr County has to send a team of employees and equipment out each time to remove the blockage which takes away from other projects/maintenance in the county.

If you have any information about this crime or others send us a tip by using our app for smart devices at P3 Tips, use our website at www.kerrtips.com or give us a call at 830-896-8477.

STATUS: OPEN
On June 12, 2022 the Kerr County Sheriff's Office responded to the 1100 Block of Elm Pass Road, Center Point, Kerr County, Texas for the report of illegal dumping and possible animal cruelty.  When Deputies arrived they found two deceased dogs in an advanced stage of decomposition.  It is highly unlikely that two dogs die from natural causes at the same time and were dumped together.  What is likely is that someone failed to take reasonable care of their dogs and they died from heat exposure.  Kerr County Crime Stoppers Inc. is offering a reward up to $5,000 for information about this crime that leads to the arrest of those responsible.
