Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office are seeking the whereabouts of Joseph Fatica. Fatica is wanted on a warrant for rape. On May 24, 2017 Fatica attacked and raped an individual at East 17th Street and St. Clair Avenue. In July, 2020 the Prosecutor’s Cold Case Unit gathered sufficient evidence to indict Fatica for rape. Fatica failed to appear at his arraignment and an arrest warrant was issued on August 18, 2021. Fatica is 56 years of age, 6ft tall, and 200lbs.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $2500 reward for information identifying the whereabouts and arrest of Fatica. Tipster remain anonymous.
