It is alleged:

- In July of 2014 LIBERATORE was arrested for shoplifting at a Walmart in Burlington.

- In August of 2014 LIBERATORE was involved in another theft where he stole a lap top computer.

- In April of 2015 LIBERATORE was arrested for Mischief Under $5000 as he was spray painting bridges along the QEW.

- LIBERATORE has since failed to appear for court for these offences.

- LIBERATORE has also breached his Recognizance by failing to obey his curfew at his residence.

- A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

Theft Under $5000 – 2 Counts
Fail to Attend Court – 2 Counts
Mischief Under $5000
Fail to Comply with Recognizance

LIBERATORE is described as 5’8”, 160 lbs with black hair and hazel eyes. 

It is alleged:
 
- On June 3, 2016 Husbands was convicted of Theft Under $5000, Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000, and Fraud Under $5000.
- As a result, she was sentenced to serve 90 days in custody, intermittently at Vanier Centre for Women in the Town of Milton
- Husbands has since failed to attend Vanier Centre for her intermittent sentence
- Husbands is also breaching her Probation Order since she has failed to comply with her intermittent sentence. 

A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

HUSBANDS is described as 5’7”, 170 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. 

It is alleged:

In 2015 MARTYN committed assaults.
MARTYN is also bound by a Probation Order and is in breach of this order.
The accused has not been located and a warrant was issued for his arrest

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

2 Counts of Assault and
3 Counts of Fail to Comply with Probation

MARTYN is described as 5’10”, 200 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. MARTYN is known to frequent the areas of Burlington, Oakville, and the surrounding areas.

It is alleged:

- In March 2016 the accused was in Burlington where she attended 2 separate LCBOs within a 30 minute period and stole approximately $900 of alcohol.

- The accused has been identified as Stacy MILLER.

- MILLER at the time of the theft was bound by a Probation Order which she failed to comply with by stealing items at the LCBO.

A warrant for her arrest has been issued.

She is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

Theft Under $5000 (2 counts)
Fail to Comply Probation (2 counts)

MILLER is 41 years old and described as 5’4”, 120 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes. 

MILLER is known to frequent Burlington, Milton, Oakville, Mississauga and the surrounding areas.

Police investigated a string of residential and commercial break and enters spanning from February to July 2015 in Milton. As a result of the investigation police identified the suspect as:

Jose DE FREITAS 50 years old of Milton

Police have been unable to locate DE FREITAS, a warrant for his arrest has been issued for his arrest relating to the Break and Enters.  DE FREITAS is also wanted for Failing to Appear for Court relating to a previous Theft Under charge.

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

Break and Enter – 5 counts
Possession of Stolen Property – 5 counts
Possession of Break and Enter Instruments
Theft Under $5000
Fail to Appear – 2 counts

DE FREITAS is described as 6’4”, 180 lbs with grey and brown eyes. DE FREITAS is known to frequent the areas of Milton and the surrounding areas.

In January 2016, police commenced a drug trafficking investigation in Burlington and Hamilton. As a result of the investigation the accused was identified as being involved in drug trafficking. Police executed Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at the accused residence and located large quantities of: cocaine, crack cocaine, pills, marihuana and currency.  

The accused was not present at the time the warrant was executed; police have been unable to locate him. A first instance warrant has been issued for his arrest. 

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone
Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Hydromorphone
Possession of a controlled substance – cannabis marihuana over 30 grams

RAFUSE is described as 5’11”, 230lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes. RAFUSE has multiple tattoos that include a “skull” on his right forearm, “Dragon’s eyeball” on his left forearm and a “lizard” on his right shoulder. RAFUSE is known to frequent the areas of Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, Winnipeg and the surrounding areas.

ANTIC is described as 5’9”, 235lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. ANTIC has multiple tattoos that include a “cross with writing” on his left arm and “Asian symbols" on his right arm. ANTIC is known to frequent the areas of Burlington, Windsor, and Etobicoke.

It is alleged in October 2013, Ashley JACOBS assault a female during an altercation in the City of Burlington, was arrested and released to attend Burlington Court in October 2014. JACOBS failed to appear and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

JACOBS has pierced ears and a tattoo on the back of her neck of an Anarchy symbol. She is known to frequent Halton, Hamilton, Brantford and Six Nations. Ashley has strong ties to Kahnawake, Quebec. Police believe she is residing in Quebec and have ongoing efforts to executive a warrant.

It is alleged in 2013 the accused committed numerous frauds and thefts at various stores in Burlington and Hamilton and was subsequently arrested and charged. The accused was required to attend court in October and December of 2013 in Milton which she failed to do.

DOLEZALOVA was born in the Czech Republic and is known to frequent Halton, Hamilton, Mississauga and has ties to British Columbia.

Halton Police have confirmed that DOLEZALOVA is residing out west and there are ongoing efforts to execute a warrant.
