On October 10, 2024, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Isleton Post Office at 103 C St, Isleton, CA 95641, was burglarized. Video surveillance showed two male adult suspects exiting a U-Haul Chevrolet van and forcibly entering through the back of the post office. The suspects exited the building carrying a bag and a pressure washer. The suspects removed an unknown amount of mail, including ballots, several parcels, a laptop, a camera, and a pressure washer.

One of the suspects was of medium to heavyset build, wearing a dark-colored jacket, black Adidas sweatpants, black shoes, black hat, and a black face mask. The other suspect was a white male adult with possible brown hair and a goatee, wearing a gray sweatshirt with white lettering, blue faded jeans, black and white shoes, and a shoulder bag slung over his right shoulder.

On January 14, 2025, at approximately 11:10 a.m., a US Postal vehicle was broken into at 3740 Astoria St, Sacramento, CA 95838. A male adult, approximately 5’6”-6’ tall with a thin to medium build, wearing a white hoodie, broke the window of the postal vehicle and removed mail. The suspect entered the passenger side of a black SUV before the driver fled north on Astoria St. and turned right onto Grand Ave.

On January 6, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., a burglary occurred at the North Natomas Finance Station at 4401 Gateway Park Blvd, Ste. 130, Sacramento, CA 95834. An unknown amount of outgoing mail and parcels were stolen. The suspect fled on a bicycle and headed west towards a nearby bike path. The suspect was observed carrying a black trash bag and a yellow bag. The suspect had a medium to heavyset build and wore a black mask, a loose-fitting gray hoodie, black pants, and gray shoes.

On November 30, 2024, at approximately 11:46 p.m., two suspects forced entry into the Colonial Post Office at 6024 44th St, Sacramento, CA 95824. The suspects removed postal equipment from the retail counter and fled.

Video surveillance showed two male adults entering the retail lobby. One of the suspects wore a light gray jacket over a black hoodie, blue jeans, gloves, black shoes, a black ski mask, and a dark-colored backpack. The other suspect was wearing a black hoodie with a Nike logo on the front, dark-colored pants, and a black mask and was holding a brown and tan camouflage bag.

On November 27, 2024, unknown male and female suspects forced entry into the mail room at the Sutter Green Apartments (2205 Natomas Park Drive, Sacramento, CA 95833). Once inside, the suspects opened community mailbox units and filled several bags with stolen mail. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is seeking the public's help identifying these individuals. The California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking the public’s help for an escaped convict, Cesar M. HERNANDEZ, who jumped out of a prison van on his way to court in Kern County back on December 2, 2024. Hernandez is currently serving an 80-year to life sentence for first-degree murder and was housed at the Kern Valley State Prison in Delano, CA, prior to his escape.

Hernandez is a Hispanic male, 34 years old, 5’5” tall, and weighs 161 lbs.

Crime Stoppers, the CDCR, and the U.S. Marshals are offering rewards for information leading to Hernandez's arrest. The CDCR is offering a reward of $25,000.00, and the U.S. Marshals is offering a reward of $5000.00.
